    Use of cookies

The website www.emmanuel-osterforum.de uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on a computer system via an Internet browser.

Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters through which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific Internet browser can be recognized and identified by the unique cookie ID.

Through the use of cookies, www.emmanuel-osterforum.de can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.

By means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized with the user in mind. Cookies allow us, as already mentioned, to recognize the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the user of a website that uses cookies does not have to re-enter his access data each time he visits the website, because this is taken over by the website and the cookie stored on the user’s computer system. Another example is the cookie of a shopping cart in the online shop. The online shop remembers the items that a customer has placed in the virtual shopping cart via a cookie.

The data subject may prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common Internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.

    Links to third-party websites

Our online offer contains links to websites of other providers. We have no influence on whether these providers comply with data protection regulations.

Only the processing of registrations for the events is regulated by an order data processing agreement with FRITZ+WALL GbR. FRITZ+WALL GbR undertakes to take all necessary measures of the GDPR, such as measures to ensure confidentiality in accordance with Art. 32 (1) (b) GDPR).

    Social Media

On our site you will find various social media buttons, including Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Twitter and others. Behind these buttons there are only links. During your visit to our pages, no data is transmitted to the respective social media providers. Only when you click on one of the buttons will the respective page be opened in a separate window and you will be redirected.

    Protection of minors

Persons under the age of 18 should not submit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians. We do not request personal data from children and young people. We do not knowingly collect such data or pass it on to third parties.

    Statistics

We use Koko to optimize our offerings.  Koko Analytics is a privacy-friendly analytics plugin for WordPress. It does not use any external services, so the data about your visits here will never be shared with third parties.

In addition, no personal data is collected and you can easily prevent tracking by activating “Do Not Track” in the browser. You can read how to choose this option in your browser in www.akademie.de/de/wissen/do-not-track-datenschutz

We have also selected our settings so that no cookies from Koko Analytics are placed on our site.

If this is the case, they must be provided with information about the identity of the recipient or about the categories of recipients.

Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data. This is possible if the legal basis for data processing is missing or has ceased to exist. The same applies in the event that the purpose of the data processing has ceased to exist due to the passage of time or other reasons. Please note that deletion may conflict with an existing retention period or other interests of our association worthy of protection. On request, we will be happy to inform you. If we have made your data public, we are obliged to inform each recipient that you have requested the deletion of all links to this personal data or copies of this personal data.

You also have the right to object if your legitimate interest outweighs the interest of processing due to a personal situation. However, this does not apply if we are obliged to carry out the processing on the basis of a legal provision.

Complaint to a supervisory authority: Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes data protection.
